Can we used Sponge gourd/nenua/dhundul instead of jhinge? Your reciper looks simple to make and delicious! Will make it tomorrow with sponge gourd if it can be substituted instead of jhinge.

But with nenua you can add some potato as it has more water content,so that potato and posto will absorb the extra water,also you can avoid adding sugar as it's already sweet in taste. See cooking is what you love and recipe is how you made that ! You don't need to follow anyone,not even me ...just try with new things and see the magic 🪄✨... I am sure you will be amazed with the outcome ❤️❤️❤️ And after that don't forget to feed us back with your innovation and I am waiting for that😍😍 Happy cooking ❤️❤️

Hayeeee🙈🙈 Thank you so much for showing your love 😃😃 🥰🥰 Akjoner jonne 1 sp ba 2 sp enough, but sometimes it is difficult to make paste of a very small amount of posto, so apni ektu beshi porimane niye paste baniye sekhan theke 1 ba 2 sp nite paren, bakita deep freeze e rekhe dile 2 wks obdi toh bhaloi thake, apni onno kichute try korte parben aram se 😊 And also please don't forget to share your experience with us 😊

Normally jhinge ba potol jatiyo khabare tel kintu khub sohojei separate joye Jay ! Apni posto deaoar por flame kom rekhechilem nischoi?? Kintu tar poreo Jodi kono karone oil separate na hoy, sufficient oil deoar por o, tahole namanor age apni 1 ba 2 tbsp kacha shorsher tel diye flame off kore dite paren, ami anek somoy etai kori,specifically alu posto te, etate taste o bhalo lage ar oil separate aram se hoye Jay 😅 Ekbar try kore dekhben 😄❤❤
