Can we used Sponge gourd/nenua/dhundul instead of jhinge? Your reciper looks simple to make and delicious! Will make it tomorrow with sponge gourd if it can be substituted instead of jhinge.

But with nenua you can add some potato as it has more water content,so that potato and posto will absorb the extra water,also you can avoid adding sugar as it's already sweet in taste. See cooking is what you love and recipe is how you made that ! You don't need to follow anyone,not even me ...just try with new things and see the magic 🪄✨... I am sure you will be amazed with the outcome ❤️❤️❤️ And after that don't forget to feed us back with your innovation and I am waiting for that😍😍 Happy cooking ❤️❤️
