Jhin Tips & Tricks [Pro Analysis]

Some more quick Jhin Tips for you: - During your ult, try to hit your first bullet directly at the champion. If it misses, hit in that same spot again, as that will be where the enemy will most likely retaliate again, in order to juke you. However, if it hits, shoot your next bullet in a different direction. Most people are right handed so they'll most likely dodge towards the right so try to predict your shots in that direction. - Try to aim your w at the feet of the champion, because the hitbox is much larger there. (This might explain why that naut can get away with those ghost hooks) - You can cast your w even during your ultimate, but this will also cancel your r. Use this to catch enemies out of ur r but are marked with w to catch them out by surprise. - Here's a tip from an official league of legends video of sneaky's jhin: When you ult, hold your shots and look to see who cares that they're in ur r. If you spot someone that dosent care, let's say a full hp rengar is sitting in the middle of your r but a low hp Samira is running away, aim for the rengar. This is only true if your team is there to follow up and kill that rengar, otherwise if your alone, pick samira - You can use your r to initiate fights, although you won't be executing anyone because they will most likely be at full hp, the slow is very powerful and very underrated by many. - Champ Select Rule of Thumb: Go an Eclipse game when the enemy team has 4 or more squishes. Go a Shieldbow game when the enemy has 2 or more assassins. Go a Galeforce Game when none of the above matches your criteria. This is especially favorable when the enemy picks tanks or lots of mobility (samira, lucian, khazix) PS: LoL Analyst, if you're reading this, then thank you for making this Jhin Guide! I only disagree with You on the builds. Right now I only consider going for a full crit build (Even though it's the most fun for me) when movility is a real problem and you need it as soon as possible. Eclipse build is just so much better Stat-wise right now than any other build for Jhin I belive (and it also provides a shield)

Another pro tip for jhin Getting a quadra kill is more important than getting a penta kill. So when you're playing Jhin, when you have an opportunity to get a penta kill, don't.

Jhin main here and there are a few things missing: 1. Your 4th shot is unstoppable. Once que'd it can't be canceled not even with CC . Can use this to auto during CC durations. 2. When you lead with W into ultimate after firing all 4 shots your W will come off cooldown giving you what I call his Encore, enemies usually think their safe after all 4 shots are fired forgetting about his W letting you finish off opps. 3. Jhins ultimate range is a damn lie. Aim outside it and you'll fire a projectile just outside the theater stage which is the best feeling when people spam taunt on the outskirts of it and get caught slipping. Reasons for Certain skins: Highnoon - Smaller ultimate projectiles making it harder to dodge with phantom hitboxes. Project - E/W is very slim masking where they are in teamfights (like a reverse pulsefire Caitlyn Trap) SKT - The fx sounds so damn satisfying Cosmic - The effects are extremely eye catching with their low dark to bright pink/purple artificially narrowing FOV to help distract players from your allies own skill shots.

People usually backs off when jhin has his 4th shot. So 3rd shot, W root and 4th auto. Especially useful when ur support is standing beside doing nothing and u have to engage by urself:).

The moment you press R to finish an adc in lane, wait for a moment to see which direction the adc walks or tries to juke you. Then predict and land your shot and kill :). As a jhin main (reached plat for the first time with him) i knew everything, except for stalling the cooldown on your 4th shot with abilities. There is always something new to learn :).

One thing I love to do as jhin is go dark harvest and snipe squishies with W, since lethality jhin deals a ton of damage with it. It's so satisfying seeing a Vayne or Ashe just randomly getting deleted :)

Really good video , There is also a trick with jhin’s ult when you hit 4th shot you can insta w in the same direction so it is a long range cc with no team reliance

I personally like the instant q -> w (-> e) comb: (Engage with only two bullets left) Third shot -> press q -> while q instantly press w to cancel the animation ->( hit e on where the target is rooted) -> shoot 4th shot => High damage, often not expected and slow if you cant kill him in this combo by using e while the target is rooted. If the target has a lot of tenacity you probably can't get your e in there so skip that step

There's one more thing that I do when using Jhin. Whenever he's E is available, I always put traps in the side of the lane so that when I'm getting chased or chasing an enemy, I don't have to put some of those in an emergency. REMINDER: Put the traps in the side of the lane. Because if you put them in the middle, minions will step on it.

Nice video, I have more tips for Jhin: -always put traps near the walls of the river, I got saved a lot of times by my traps eheh - before recalling, put traps nearly on top of each other, before your tower range, it should kill all the caster minion - also if someone is chasing you, put the trap to the direction they might go

extra tips from my own jhin experience : if you know that the enemy is gonna get CC , E Q W AA them , its alot of damage but usually you dont wanna use this combo since it makes you stands still for too long and most of the time you would only W and then Q AA , but if you're in range to do this then use it as it provides a huge damage burst , also if you want to chase but not sure of if you can hit W or not , just E at the direction at which they're heading , they will either walks past it which slows them or they have to dodge it , basically slowing them in the process and dont just run back to dodge abilities , some time people expects you to run back to dodge their abilites like zed Q , camile E , ect , in these caces you can opt to either stands still or walks fowards if its safe enough since most people doesnt expect you to walk up like that
