JHYAMKO is a famous food dish of Nepal. Jhyamko is made from sticky rice. It is usually eaten as breakfast and sometimes as a meal. You can easily make it at home with your family. In the mountainous part of Nepal, it is a little difficult to find this dish. Because there is no paddy cultivation in the Himalayan region, the people there may not even know a little about this dish. Jhyamko is made with sugar and ghee.
Similarly, today we have made ginger garlic and chili pickle which is also famous in nepal. This type of pickle is made in different ways according to the place and taste.
Chicken curry is a best curry to eat with Jhymko. So we cooked chicken curry also.
