@@Nick_catman 你说对了，马来西亚蕃薯粉片是用蕃薯粉搅拌水均匀后过滤了蒸熟，冷冻切成薄片。在中国的是将一根蕃薯切片晒干，下锅炒的时候呈灰黑色。而在南洋居住的福建人是买包装的蕃薯粉，蒸熟之后也是灰黑色。

@@Nick_catman 蕃薯粉條中國出產最多也很便宜. 不同粗幼都有, 最common是濶1cm的, 也有2cm的. 其實韓國的粉絲都係薯粉條, 不過他們都是幼身的, 買唔到都可以買韓國粉絲代替, 但用來打邊爐口感會不同. 我諗再發興會買到中國的薯粉條.

什么时候说到印尼餐 我建议是 Bangsar Shopping Mall Dancing fish restaurant 有 Satay 有 Udang Sambal hitam madura 有 豆腐蛋 你看了菜单后肯定是流口水 别忘了. Satay原产国是印尼 马来西亚Satay是炒印尼的 因为你的影片很少印尼餐
