材料:100克肉、1条鱼饼、1把菜心、4瓣蒜、10只鲜虾、3颗鸡蛋、半包粿条、半包黄面
酱汁:3勺鱼露、1勺白糖、2勺酱油、2勺黑酱油、1勺蚝油、少许胡椒粉、120克清水
1)把所有材料切小备用
2)3勺鱼露、1勺白糖、2勺酱油、2勺黑酱油、1勺蚝油、少许胡椒粉、120克清水搅拌均匀
3)热锅热油,把蒜爆香再倒入肉片鱼饼鲜虾炒至半熟再加入粿条面炒均
4)推一旁,再加入少许油,打入3个鸡蛋炒散再跟粿条面一起炒,再加入4勺调好的酱汁翻炒上色
5)最后菜心,大火快速翻炒均匀即可❤️
