感謝阿淇博士的分享^_^ 雖然我估計還是會把舊的Sur La Table換掉(因為我買了之後才意識到有teflon) 還是想問一下,我買回來之後,中間層的烤架(non-stick)我都會放鋁箔紙,最下層來有一個接油架(也是non-stick)我就沒放鋁箔紙,想知道如果是這樣使用還是會有吃到teflon的問題嗎?

Anova oven 對我來說主要是要它的 no bag no water bath sous vide with huge volume! 拿它來作 super sous vide and programmable streamer 的。比如說flan 和蒸蛋。不用什麼大同電鍋一支筷子兩支筷子的怪招。 Want a lot corn on the cob for a party? Throw them in the Anova oven and start it on my iPad. Perfect every time! Alton Brown 教的微波怪招或America’s Test Kitchen’s brining and roasting method 跟這個不能比!其它的都是附加價值!Oh, it also has an Air Fryer function? Ok then. 但Anova oven 討厭的有兩點,一是烤盤尺寸很奇怪,買不到剛好的,not metric, not imperial either, pure idiotic measure. 比如説烤盤必須放在原廠的烤架上!我在Amazon 買的正確尺寸的烤盤/架總是中國製的差不多裝不上去。I might have to make some racks for it in the garage. 二是內底層有一圈rubber/silicon ring, no harsh treatment! That ring is going to break before anything! Bad design.
