節瓜甫
材料:
節瓜3個
免治豬肉半斤
薑一小舊
粉絲3個
處理:
1. 粉絲,清水浸軟。
2. 豬肉,加入調味料:
a. 生粉一湯匙
b. 油一湯匙
c. 生抽一茶匙
撈勻。
2. 節瓜,去皮,清水洗乾淨。
3. 薑,去皮,清水洗乾淨。
4. 薑,一開二,拍鬆。
5. 節瓜,打橫切一吋一舊,去芯,放碟上。
6. 豬肉,放滿在節瓜中心,放同一隻碟上。
烹調:
1. 大火在鑊內燒熱油2湯匙。
2. 節瓜脯,放鑊內,豬肉向下,轉中火煎香。
3. 節瓜脯已煎了2分鐘,用叉子逐件逐件反轉,再煎2分鐘。
4. 擎去多餘的油。
5. 加入薑及節瓜囊,加入清水250毫升及鮑魚汁2茶匙,冚蓋,大火滾起,燜4分鐘。
6. 節瓜脯,放好在碟上,節瓜囊放中心。
7. 粉絲,擎乾水,清水洗乾淨,擎乾水。
8. 粉絲,放鑊內至吸收所有水分,加入少許生抽上色。
9. 粉絲,放節瓜脯中間。
10. 完成,可享用。

Ingredients:
Fuzzy melon 3 Nos.
Minced pork meat 0.5 catty
Ginger (small) 1 No.
Vermicelli 3 Nos.
Preparation:
1. The vermicelli, soak in tap water until it turns soft.
2. Pork meat, add seasoning:
a. Tapioca starch 1 tbsp
b. Oil 1 tbsp
c. Light soya sauce 1 tsp
Mix well.
2. The melon, get it peeled. Rinse with tap water.
3. Ginger, get it peeled. Rinse with tap water.
4. Ginger, divide it into 2 shares. Beat well.
5. The melon, cut 1" per each horizontally. Remove cores. Put on plate.
6. The pork, fulfill in the middle of the melon. Put on the plate.
Steps:
1. Heat up 2 tbsp of oil at high flame in wok.
2. The melon, put in the wok. Pork meat faces down. Turn to medium flame and fry well.
3. The stuffed melon has been fried for 2 minutes, flip over one by one with a fork. Fry for 2 more minutes.
4. Drain the excess oil.
5. Add in the ginger and the melon seeds. Add in 250ml of water and 2 tsps of abalone sauce. Cover up the wok. Heat up at high flame and braise for 4 minutes.
6. The stuffed melon, put on a plate. The cores are to be put in the middle of the plate.
7. The vermicelli, get it drained. Rinse thoroughly. Drain.
8. The vermicelli, put in the wok until it absorbs all the sauce. Add in little light soya sauce to enrich the colour.
9. The vermicelli, put in the middle of the stuffed melon.
10. Complete. Serve.
