Paycheque does not include province tax, so most people would do monthly contribution Registered retirement saving plan RRSP for tax credit /deferral purpose. Also, company benefit usually is 50/50, employee will be deducted the premium every paycheque.
@2qrcsj87942 жыл бұрын
Canada federal government collect tax on behalf of the provinces, therefore the tax deducted already included both federal and provincial tax, 年尾计数多除少補. In most cases, it should be even. If the tax payer wants more refund from govt, they could buy RRSP (but now with TFSA, RRSP is not recommended, as RRSP is a tax deferral system, when you take money out from RRSP, it becomes additional income (need to pay tax)
Happy Thanksgiving Day to those who just celebrated their first one in Canada! We have so much to be thankful for. Most of all, we no longer have to worry about someone knocking on our door middle of the night. Remember those who are still suffering under National Security Law permanently without cause.

冬天 Niagara Falls (直情係個Fall上一條街嘅酒店) 酒店好多 promotions(such as Holiday Inn), such as $99(一人)一晚, book一晚酒店... promotions價多数包個 (酒店)早餐同晚餐 . Too dangerous to drive on highway during snowstorm or freezing rain 😰😰
Do you know sevice job are high demand. Next service job should be government(city)..more benefits and pension.

Benefits in Canada I feel is pretty good in general. Basic medical is usually given as long as you work full time. It all depends the company you work for and how much more they can give you. For example, my work place offer 100% medical coverage for me and my family. 3 weeks vacation to start without needing to work 5 years. I think in general, if you have a skill and work in labor intensive field, pay is usually decent. Eric, you said that you have a union for your workplace? I think working for an union is good and bad. The pro is that you have more power as an employee and wages can always be adjusted. However I feel like a union can also ruin a workplace. Take air Canada for example, people there are horrible workers. They have zero motivation to do their job because they know even if they don’t work , the company can’t do too much about it because the worker’s union is very powerful. For me I tend to stay away from union work unless they offer very good wages. In general I feel like local Canadians don’t usually take their job too seriously as in they won’t work like a dog for the company because the government protects the rights of an employee. Ppl usually work the 8 hrs and they go enjoy life after.
@TheJlee282 жыл бұрын
I work more than 8 hours day. In fact I work as long as I need to, to accomplish the goals but then I can take it easy after. Some management roles are about results not hours. I’ve done union before and yes the job and wages were protected but the union took that away without any benefits. It really depends on what you want but that job was at a College and everything is organized as it’s funded by Ontario government.

Labor job wise, does any Asian really think they can compete other race? I was working at a factory back when I was a university student (and I am athletic locally) and I barely meet the standard. Let me say this clear ; Factory jobs or other labor jobs aint a joke and it has one of the highest turnover rate. Hence that's why Canada imports labor from outside Canada. For graduate, it is about getting volunteer experience or part time work experience so that you can explain how you can transit those skill sets to the job position you are applying. Being confident is good but it aint gonna get you far. More importantly, dont listen to anyone s advice on chilling and relaxing. I have been working for the government over 12 plus yrs. Every unit has its own culture. People are recognizing your work all the time. And there will be RASICM and INEQUITY in Canada. Understanding your right and be prepared. People who doesn't want to achieve higher position tends to do things slowly, especially those who full time employee with unions lol. Dont assume everyone aren't competing in the market plz lol.... TAX is the worst part of this country. 15% on the first $50,197 of taxable income, plus. 20.5% on the next $50,195 of taxable income (on the portion of taxable income over 50,197 up to $100,392). This is just for the federal tax. Dont' forget the city and provincial tax as well. If you owe a home, good luck with your property tax bill :). Also more benefits often mean more union dues.. People still have to contribute to their health care plans, union, pension and etc. I HIGHTLY not recommending living at TORONTO. Many has already moved out of the city. You have park being taken over by homeless ppl. People with drug addiction are all over Toronto. Shooting, Stabbing, Hatred crime and much more all over the area every week. Kids are shooting others/stealing cars in daylight. If you actually are connected to the city Toronto or Canada, you should fully understand people are constantly talking about how bad our cities/countries had become. People are scared to go out at night. Shooting in parking lot outside many well known local malls; Eaton Center, Faireview Mall, Vaughn ....
@@2qrcsj8794 Which minorities are you referring particularly to aka most of the position in Toronto city jobs. For someone who is trying to convince other that I have not been living in Canada lol BECOZ i wrote a lot in my comment is 100% dumb as F. Is that how you think logically in your job position. Now i wonder why the city is in deficit lol clown
