When I was in highschool, there was a time I used to go there every Saturday night. got some friends that loved racing and the cafe was our destination, ate countless Borscht soup there, some happy time as well as scary time.

睇左你幾集講山頂 , 其實我去過山頂僅有嘅過百年歷史嘅水務宿舍 . 真係好有氣派 , 雖然係好簡單嘅平房 , 冇任何花巧 , 但係荒廢左咁多年 . 勉強仲維持到個外形 . 好靚

真係細個出街食乜都好食，其實當年全都是味精😅。記得有一次細舅父心血來潮，話去山頂行。臨上山頂前記得去金鐘餐廳食野，其實唔記食過咩，不過阿媽後來話是pizza。我只記得舅父叫咗杯咖啡而落是咖啡糖包。人生第1次知原來有咖啡專用糖包。不過有點失望唔係行上最頂，而是行盧吉道細個唔多識欣賞這條路有點失望。😅

英國遺留給香港的，除了是新機場，舊立法局大樓，山頂峽餐廳外，並沒了。有的，吃的是英式下午茶拼盤。

the current restaurant is pretty badly run by the epicurean group - a v lousy carbonara i had, worse than CCT ice tea but almost 3 times the price. there were plenty of seats outdoor but i was guided to 1 right next to a speaker - playing horrible elevator music. the gov should took back the place & tender it to a more deserving operator.
