In order for Jia to master the "japan fast-paced defense and offense" system of different japanese teams in JVL/EC, the coach needs to trust on jia to be the main starter. Wala naman sigurong 1 day pa lang e super galing na sa lahat ng pinay na naging imports faulty and hnd pa nafafamiliarize ung system, usually pag 1-2 years or so lang lalabas yan eh, but may mabibilis yan. Look at jaja, she was not that on top when she entered in JVL she had to be back at point zero because even if nung brining niya ung galing niya sa pinas iba yung system ng japan... and how did she elevate from there... its not in her alone but the coaching staff EXPOSING her nung nasa ageo siya (although may instances na di proper ung exposure kay jaja). Hoping the coach realizes that exposure is important not to say all sets dapat andun si jia ganon if hindi proper ung exposure na binibigay sa isang player malamang hnd its either pupulutin sa gulayan [less/no exposure] o mapapagaod yan [over-exposure] (alyssa thai/taiwan days - no proper exposure + hnd pa nabibigyan ng masyadong sets). They also need to realize that TRUST is important. kung maerror siya then let her realize that on court and give her chance to change/regroup, kasi kahit pinakamagagaling na players uncontrollable/undefeatable ang errors but di naman sila nilalabas, hence nakakabawi pa why? because they realize their errors can't be removed but only minimized if they regroup their pressure/emotions and all sa court. KUDOS! MORE FOR JIA! I AM SO PROUD OF THESE FILO VOLLEYBELLES THAT BRING PRIDE TO OUR COUNTRY!

Iba level si Jaja compare mo kay Jia. Kahit nung debut game pa lang ni Jaja umiskor na sya ng 13 pts. Nakitaan kagad sya. Although talagang ang laki ng improvement ni Jaja lalo na sa blocking pero andun na yung attacking skills nya. After few games dual position pa sya as an MB at winger. Nothing against Jia. Shes the best setter sa PHL pero syempre Japan na ito. Well they played better this time pero mahina kalaban nila na Okayama base sa records. Kaya din siguro nabigyan sya ng mas mahabang playing time dahil Empress Cup ito. Yung mga High Schooler nga kasali sa liga na ito. Let's wait na makaharap nila mas malakas na teams like Hisamitsu, NEC or JT. Im sure magrerely na naman ang coach nila sa old setter nila. She needs to improve lang yung mga low fast set na kailangan sa Japan. Matataas pa rin mga set niya base sa highlights na ito. Pero napansin ko mas pabor kay Rosamaria ang ganitong set.

​@@Redskin0508girl, that's her point too. The setting of Jia is there and she just needs to get used to the setting na mas appropriate para sa JVL and it needs time para mas ma improve... Comparing an MB to a settter is like comparing orange and apple... If you watched this highlight, makikita mo na nagagawa nyang ma-late yung yung mga blockers sa attackers niya. Also, don't underestimate this seagull team, they may not be in the top 3 teams pero div 1 parin yan and nasa top 10 teams ng Japan.. Jaja played for ageo before which is natatalo rin nitong seagulls dati while she's there. Maging supportive ka nalang sa mga players and be positive.

@@Redskin0508 obvious na Pinoy ka nga may pagka bitter at mainggitin ang comment mo ...magkaiba ng position yung dalwa..pero ang pinaka importante sa lahat ay ang play maker o setter . kapag mahina o walang abilidad ang setter mo...walang silbi yang mga outside hitters, middle blockers , winger na sinasabi mo etc..kahit anong husay o galing o laki nyarn...siguradong talo ang team. Ang Setter ang utak ng team sa volleyball..

@genemelchor4774 Of course dapat suportahan mga Pilipino. Pero pag medyo nega opinion mo ibig ba sabihin di ka na supportive? If keen observer kayo ng laro makikita nyo pagkakaiba. Low fast set ang sa Hisamitsu kaya di nakaporma Denso. Madalas block ang import andun kagad ang depensa mabagal dating ng bola. As for Okayama, two years ago pa bumaba na laruan nila. Tapos wala lagi sila import.

@@Redskin0508 i only compared jia to jaja lamenting the fact that they are both filipino volleyball players, they both know the systems they had and both experienced the first japan volleyball system experience. Their debut was different but it was still similar, why? Mapapansin mo sa unang game niya although that 13pts was there she was still getting game jitters while jia naman saka nalang sinub nung medyo okay okay na but still felt jittering. The system of the coach to ageo and jaja is very different sa treatment kay jia at sa denso during their first year which yung ipapasok si jia kapag hnd na nagagawa ng first setter ung duties nya and si jaja na di na mabigya bigyan ng magandang sets kasi ung setter natuon sa open at opposite? Those are adjustments na nung nagawan ng paraan kay jaja gumaling, kaya ngayon na parang sinusubukan ng denso coach na ayusin tamo nakapanalo pa regardless of the opposing team, their system, their play and everything should not be judged kasi experienced rin sila hnd lang denso, at iba pang japanese teams kaya nga na 5 setter pa kahit na nagkakaconnection na kay rosamaria. kaya yun ung pinopointout ko na sana magaya makita at maimprove kasi tama ka ibang level si jaja (because she is a MB, and ilang taon na siya sa JVL) compared to a setter tapos di pa matangkad si jia. In the end me comparing jia to jaja is never negative. Because jia has the capability to adjust, this game said it. And if like jaja she adjusts well and be exposed properly and used properly, she is a deadly setter.
