Who the heck is Jason? What episode was he in?

Jason Manns has had some of his songs on the show. And somehow he's friends with cast and/or crew on the show, so he's become part of their circle. And he's performed at their conventions, too. He's so well-spoken and extroverted, esp for a songwriter/musician, with such a good sense of humor, that I am glad they've added him to their panels.
