This year 2024 marks ODA 70th anniversary in Thailand. Commemorating the anniversary, Mr.Wattanawit Gajaseni, former Director-General of Thailand International Cooperation Agency (TICA), Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Thailand, gave us a special message. Mr. Wattanawit talks about development of Thailand-Japan cooperation from aid recipient status in the past to equal partnership in recent years.
