Love this I grew up eating we say it N dives it's like a lettuce when we eat it I just eat it cold except I use the pan I cooked whatever meat with the Endive and just melt butter few tablespoons until it is brown scraping the pan while it melts then i throw the endives in a bowl leafy not together then when the utter is brown I pour it over the endive and I add a little vinegar of ur choice salt pepper and it's that easy and so good love these cooking vids keep em coming

Wow, night and day difference on the pizza! The lamb looked amazing! If you make it again I would recommend cooking it to your desired internal temp and them popping into the broiler for around 1-3 minutes. Just keep your eyes on it till you get the outside color you want. Also, that's a pretty cool looking cutting board.
