Jig Fishing SPRING SMACK DOWN (Falls Lake N.C.)

SPRING JIG FISHING!
The fishing is FINALLY getting good here in Raleigh N.C. And they're getting on beds! With the water being a little too dirty to sight fish for bass on beds here in Falls Lake, the name of the game is COVER WATER... but also take things slow which means it's perfect for the jig. Although I have been catching much more fish than i had all winter the bites are still pretty spread apart but once I figured out what kind of areas the fish were setting up in it got easier and easier to find them. This time of year is BY FAR the best time to fish here in Raleigh so I hope everyone can get out there this spring and get on some BIGGINS!!

Your doing good on Falls dude,it's way tuffer than it was back in the day I'm the 60yro guy I commented on one of your other videos I been fishing Falls when they first cleared trees from river an it starting flooding into coves I was a bank fishermen an pond man back then but sometimes slipped a John boat in from bank way before boat ramp open.still some good fish in falls,alot of fishing pressure these days,a.i still catch alot of bass for these days lol biggest one last yr on Falls 8.14 . Jan 1 2022 pond fishing 9,two over 7 several 4-6 lbers on farm ponds that I put gizzard shad in 1998 ,ponds were full of bass an lots of big ones,, caught a 10 1/2 before shad were put in.caught lots of big fish ,thumbs up on catch & release that's the way to go,nice boat too

I’ve been messing with a few different brands. I’ve found that i like the strike king hack attack jig and also the dirty jigs HP flipping jig both in a 3/8oz

You should try the dji osmo action camera.

Yeah I’ve looked into that camera. It doesn’t have all the features i’d need though. I use the looping mode on my gopros and I don’t think the osmo action has that yet
