Excellent technique; I use this application every time I make a jig. Thanks for the video.

I was taught to pull and stretch the living rubber , then cut it slowly with scissors. The rubber separates by itself .

You are correct! I actually learned about that after this video. You got to pull it pretty tight and try to cut one strand at a time but it does work, mostly. I was going to put a new video together at some point to show that. Thank you for sharing!

Will you do a video showing us how to do multiple colors? Top and bottom colors for example.

For supplies I use to get my silicone skirts from www.fishingskirts.com/ However, finding supplies has not been all that easy lately. For my living rubber I buy that from www.livingrubber.com/

Where did you get that great vise? I've been using the fishing skirts tube style, making kit and like the way you do it better.

Good tutorial. What vise is that? What kind of thread are you using in the bobbin?
Bobbin Size: 4" Spool Size: Not exactly sure, there is no sizing that I know of. Here is the info DANVILLE FLAT WAXED NYLON THREAD - Fly Tying & Jig Thread 210 Denier NEW! Link: www.ebay.com/itm/112340936196
