I caught the same fish in Costa Rica and they called them "Margarita" snappers. I think they're the same as a "long tail bass". We caught the same grouper too, great table fare.

Just curious. The fish you guys get that have the bug out eyes from the deep locations, can you put them back in the water? Or are they too exposed to the new depths of you catch? I can see that you guys are very conscious of this, but I just wanted some clarification, if you have the time. Regardless, after watching you all these years, I feel assured that you will not waste a fish in any way. If it cant be graciously put back into the population, then it will respectfully be put on someone's table for dinner! Keep up the great work Kelly and crew!
