100% waves = walleye

Jigging Raps changed the scene of walleye fishing, now every lure manufacturer wants a piece of that market. Rip Jigging is a great technique & absolutely crushes walleye if that’s what they’re into that day. Just gotta get on top of fish & away ya go.

Nice job! I almost never catch them vertically. Like once, lol. I always catch them casting them out etc.

Thanks It’s an interesting thing because when you water footage y see a lot from the Great Lakes or Minnesota / Wisconsin where it’s a pitch/cast game. But out here in western Canada, Saskatchewan & Alberta it a vertical bite. Casting can work but vertical crushes fish. Different fish & different bites.

@@surgeoutdoorsangling dude that is very cool! So stoked you’re tuning into the channel. I subscribed to yours awhile ago!! And I also went out and tried bottom bouncing floating rapala crankbaits. That was fun man. Loads of multi species fishing and caught my PB Trophy freshwater drum. Have a great day

I’ve never been. I’m basically central Sask to North West then into North East Alta. Tons of lakes.

Nice walleyes what is the name of the lake you're fishing I do that on lake Erie in the western basin in the springtime

Northern Saskatchewan, I don’t want to say which lake unfortunately because some people get crusty about revealing names. It’s a bigger body of water but heavily pressured. Lots of Great Lakes in Northern Saskatchewan that everyone has driving access to. Just sometimes they are at the end of a gravel road lol
