haha sadly enough hbox doesn't use like 40% of her potential. His rests are a lot of the time stupid, whenever he hits a sing at landing up-air > rest kill% he just goes for normal rest and gets killed at 40..... He's still doing pretty good because he just knows so much about standard game sense but that can only get you so far, a lot of good puff players (like bassmage who is considered to be the best puff player in the world) genuinely think hbox can get PGR if he uses a lot more puff tech and simple kill confirms like landing up-air > rest I described earlier. That is only the tip of the iceberg: d-air loops, pivot-landing, wave-landing (platforms) and even sparingly using wavedashes are good for puff.. (wavelanding, wavedashes and pivot-landing are good for puff because of her low friction/the fact that she slides across the ground like it's ice) Still cool player and his melee puff inspired me to main puff in ultimate and melee. Just think his ultimate puff is so lackluster and way too underdeveloped.

Personally I don’t use Jigglypuff. She is a high risk to use. If a person failed to use rest at the right time it is a guarantee a knockout for the other opponent. Her weakness is a long range combatant. A person would need to find a way to close that gap. Rollout can barely make that difference. Her pound move can barely reach. Her sing needs more range. It sucks that the range for sing is small.

Fuck tier lists. Play whoever you wanna play. Remember aMsA? Or when yoshi was a low tier in melee ? Well guess what? In 2022, aMSa set out on a warpath. His victory at The Big House 10, widely regarded as the most stacked tournament of all time, was the first time in Melee history that a Yoshi won a supermajor. Because of this yoshi is now barely in the top ten best characters in melee. Slowly he pushed yoshi from a low tier, to mid tier, to top tier. In 2013, he was ranked as the 8th worst in the game. But by the end of 2015 be became number 12. And in 2022 amsa won big house 10. Which was the first supermajor in melee history where yoshi won. Because of this he was pushed into top ten. Despite his flaws. So consistency is how the tier lists work. Because of this you can even make dr mario a mid tier. Or make bowser jr (who i feel deserves better) barely a high tier. It takes years of dedication to make a change to the tier list. Which similarly is what happened to ultimate bayo. First she was looked at as thankfully nerfed to hell and no one really bothered playing her aside from a select view. As the years went by, people have shown that bayo is actually fairly good. Thankfully not anywhere as broken as 4, but still good. Except now the game is actually playable against her
