thank you for that masterful tutorial, is one of the most professional contributions I've seen, and cost that most use fl studio, ableton live, logic, reason to make beats and not often use pro tools, there is where you break that scheme that with a daw x, you will do better things, well you my mind has spread a lot, thank you doi, you are a great musician and genuine artist like few, thank you for your great contributions.

I would change the synth bass to a more natural bass guitar sound. And the piano part could use a brief touch up on some of the timing. Other than that, it’s dope.

Hold up, what happened at 9:56 - your programmed 1/8th note hi hats started strobing between 1/16th and triplets etc?
@amirperrymusic3 жыл бұрын
I always lay down a “base” track and then go back and tweak different drums. I show it in more detail in certain episodes. I know I did on the very first one but I don’t do it in every episode.

enjoying youre stuff man...i am pretty new to this and wanted to ask whats the best way to get samples like that without getting into trouble with copyright
@amirperrymusic5 жыл бұрын
You're going to get into trouble with copyrights if you don't clear it but don't let that stop you from experimenting with the sample. If there comes a time where you are in trouble with the copyright, deal with it then like some of the majors do. Lol

Amir, You are fire bruh. I have subscribed to your channel. And I love it. You're knowledge and your ear for creation in incredible. I will say I think you over produce sometimes though. And what I mean is, your tracks doesn't need vocals. Artist barely have to be creative anymore dealing with your tracks. But, all and all, I love your work bro. #Amirforpresident

Scarlett solo or Scarlett 2i2 is a good one to start with. Both are inexpensive and they sound pretty good. If you only need 1 input, just get the solo.

Actually the solo has 2 inputs but either of those I think would be good for you.

Some good points in the beat the piano I think could have been more chords than playing as it already had the vibe from the start and a more simplistic snare.

Your vids are always cool, and you're a very talented man. Dropped a like for your effort. Gotta critique it hard tho, bro. If you're gonna sample icons, you gotta drop an icon beat - e.g Kanye n Jay-Z with the track Otis. The original was amazing, and the sampled beat they dropped lived up to the original. Feenin' is such a good track, man...your beat is cool, but nowhere near the original. Don't take it as hate - constructive criticism is my intention
