Loved this special, Jar! The more I learn about Irish people, the more I realize why my parents and grandparents were the way they were. Turns out things I thought were unique dysfunctional things, were really just Irish things. "I'm the worst mother!" definitely made it across the water intact. Appreciate the warning on the weight comments. I think I can top it. One time my nan asked me, "Have you ever thought about getting gastric bypass surgery?" The bit about stowing away in the trunk of the car cracked me up because my auntie used to do the same thing to my grandpa; they're both passed now. I really thought the five bullets was going somewhere very dark and was happy it didn't.

When you’re busy outside you should be listening to a podcast that doesn’t require any strenuous in your mind so that you can keep your rhythm whatever you’re doing but also, you want to not have to keep stopping and seeing thinking about what he’s doing because he’s making a lot of pam which is part of the his thing he’s very don’t know. I guess I’m the same way. What’s the word everybody calls me still in school all things out I’m super genius just a super high functioning autistic person and after some modeling and acting classes I used to hardly ever talk at all and so now my #IsAutismSpeaks #AutismSpeaksSometimesItDoesn’tKnowWhenToShutUpand my kids, totally will sign but nothing else that has to do with me lol but anyway sidenote that was fun so yeah whatever that word is when you’re using your hands in your body and your face to act out the words you’re saying for some reason I don’t have those words today exhaustion well everybody so anyway you will be able to watch it with your eyeballs and your brain with your husband and that’s lovely. I like that much better than my snarky answer here but just in case nobody else knows podcast podcast podcast. But PS shoveling snow is awesome and people just don’t get it. They’re so sedentary and then all the garbage in the food that nobody’s looking at the label and realizing that the companies that we knew when we were children that only had a few ingredients of real things are now cutting corner so badly that they’re literally feeding this poison and nobody cares and fun fact most of that stuff is on a couple brands that are always the, what we used to call there’s a Punkrock guy saying when the movement really first started on all the songs were angry and all actually very political very historical actually educational songs. If you listen to him, you can look up all the stuff that they’re talking about when they’re talking politics, if it hasn’t been redacted from history but most of the stories there so you could tell it probably yeah that makes sense and we need to like take care of each other and stop killing everybody and being in charge of everybody just to be in charge and allowing things horrible things to go on we turn our back to pretend we didn’t see it because we’re getting something out of it and you know it’s the cost of war, etc., etc. collateral damage, yada yada blah blah Sure that’s a great answer for the people that are experiencing it by the millions anyway I’ll shut up now but at least to say don’t eat the government cheese and that was back when they stop giving cheese and they were giving that giant block of Velveeta, which look like your room totally getting a lot more food when really Velveeta is a cheese product or a cheese food Which you need cheese food I don’t even know why it’s still around, but it’s disgusting. It’s just with some cheese flavoring and it taste yummy and it melts great to dump on your noodles so you can get diabetes really young hooray so we can spam which I can’t say that I don’t want spam macaroni cheese every every once in a while but that’s only after I’ve had the flu for too long and I really need to get somesodium and garbage and fluids and to plump back up and then it’s really good. Yeah a little dabble do everything in moderation like they say and always the evil we’re always gonna have an evil something that you’re addicted to. It’s really bad for you no matter if psychological or physical or. So I just say we all need to just try to encourage nicely each other to do a little bit better every day to always try to be the best you that you can be and every day it’s gonna be different just like athletes you’re not always gonna win the gold but you gotta keep trying and you gotta keep striving. We’re trying for being best and that’s the best thing that you can do for yourself. It’s also good for your brain but snow shoveling and doing Monday task, Lake everything yourself is very very very good for your physical and psychological and social well-being. You feel good about yourself. you feel good you sleep better. You don’t have a hardly any depression or problems like that or health problems because you’re doing everything by hand and it’s good for your mind just in meditation because if you’re being mindful of what you’re doing to that very beneficial if you’re mindful of what you’re doing and not hating and not doing good body mechanics because you’re so angry all the time about it’s not the same thing but always try to do everything yourself if you can until you can’t and then try again the next day because move it or lose it and I’ve been a nurse for like 40 years holy God, the horror stories that I have to see and just it’s making me insane. Literally the stuff that I have to just Di, and shove down about how quickly and how bad Health goes down and how quickly up and down the power, tripping in the insurance companies and the drug companies and the government with all the rules and regulations and extortion ways of making us do things and then on top of no matter how hard you try some people to even know anything about health or nutrition or whatever or that makes you unhealthy anyway and it’s just shocking every day how people when they look in their eye when they realize oh my God everything is downhill and it’s horrible now? It is your job to actually question whatever the healthcare professionals are telling you and if they say that you’re being disrespectful and you weren’t trying to be try to say it again in a different way like you know if this was your family member? This is my life. I understand that you’re trying and you’re busy and whatever but I’m afraid that this is gonna have worse side effects and I’ll be forever on a downhill slide and you won’t be there. I won’t be able to find you Plus you’ll be taking care of your family and yourself so we take care of ourselves and it’s not disrespectful and it is their job and if somebody is has a problem with you questioning anything and gets angry, you need another doctor or another healthcare professional is that is not your best. That’s not your friend if there’s an ego in the way whatever you’ll have to move on and just you know if you can Always stand up for yourself and anybody around you and whatever the most popular medicines that of the day, maybe something that you need desperately maybe the only thing to keep you alive for a minute and it may not and things change every day so just because something has been working for you good and then something changes. Make sure that you let your healthcare professional knows you’re not sure if it’s the medicine but now everything is different and they might have to adjust it or change it. You can be allergic or anything. It could be anything Just always always make sure stand up for yourself. That is not a selfish thing that is not a poor person thing that is not a I think I’m better than you saying that is you being the best you that you can be and that’s all we can all do spread that word please I’m getting sick right now. I’m gonna throw up. I’m sorry, but God, please for the love of God we all need to try better and remind each other. It’s nothing wrong with that, if you really love, my neighbor, encourage them to be healthier and they should not be offended and vice versa right I believe whatever is the name of God in your upbringing that is the true spirit of being spiritual. We all need to be at 1 with spirit and care for each other like we were each other. I’m sorry for all this Ranchi stuff. You just have no idea. Please be well and I apologize for too many words and having to vent, but I appreciate your listening and your not too harsh to trolling lol

For those who haven’t seen it, Love/Hate is gangster drama series that came out in the early 2010s and it’s one of the best series’ ever. It was so good thats it’s now required by law in Ireland to have at least one former Love/Hate cast member in every Irish tv show going forward.

Such a great show! Speaking of 70 yr olds.....There was a Christmas fair around in our local carpark in Dublin at the weekend. My neighbour drove around to the shops, and she drove right across the path of the teacher who was conducting my childs school choir (who were on an open trunk, singing their hearts out) to park her car so she could go to the shops! It. Was. Hilarious. Not for the teacher who had to dive out of the way of Mary. Her little face when she got out of the car was priceless. She gave a wave to the crowd of people she did not see and went on over to Centra! xxx

What a woose. When I was thirteen, I came to on the floor of my brother's bathroom. I had pooped in my pants and there was vomit all over the floor. They, at one point, had put me in the bathtub and filled it with ice so they wouldn't have to take me to emergency. I know that only because I was told. I was sick for three days and could eat only one piece of Kix cereal at a time. And, another time, I literally crawled into work, went into the bathroom, and lay on the floor, so I think I have you beat. And, yes, all my great-grandparents came over from Ireland By the time I was thirty, I had stopped drinking and haven't had a drink for thirty-seven years.
