So... just a thought, because I've never played this game before, but... regarding the bees. Could you grab the nest, run for the main entrance of the building (thus losing the bees), and then go out the fire exit? Or run for the fire exit and leave via main entrance? Seems to me that it would confuse the bees enough that they would just hang around the entrance you ran through, and you could just use the other one to go in and out of, thus avoiding the inevitable bee-filled ship. Would that work?
