Hi Carrie, yep I use it in my Gold class with just a few changes. I keep the arms lower throughout, and for the 1st time of "lets dance the last dance" i do plain side salsa without the funky "wobbly" disco arms - add that on 2nd time. On the forward and back salsa I do single arm raises not double - opposite arm to leg. I also keep to plain side salsa instead of cross step in front on the main salsa section, but add a little dip on the mid beat towards the end. They absolutely love it :-)
