I think this is beautiful. so classic and you're right versatile. you could make this look very good for a formal business conference and you can toss it up for very casual look. I too use products in my wigs. I used to be afraid of it just like you were talking. but when you style your wig with products your wig takes on a more natural look because those products tend to add texture to those shiny synthetic fibers and somehow cuts down on the shine. thanks for another great video

Hi Jill! I just bought a Paula Young with, Shannon is her name, it's versa fiber and heat friendly, This is my first try at being a blond. The hair seems thin and very limp. The style is a Bob very similar to Elisha you are showing here. I do like Elisha and am thinking about getting one of her too with the lace front. I've never had a lace front either. I'm fighting with Shannon keeping hairs out of my eyes and it looks like Elisha may do the same. I've become quite attached to the bob style. I am going to have to get a couple more in my natural dk brown color. Thanx for sharing Elisha and thanx for the tips!

Hi, Jill, you look great in Elisha, but you look beautiful in any wig you put on. Thanks for this video. I always get such great advice from you. You're excellent at what you do!

It's exactly as you stated.......classy, sophisticated and elegant....with the full front sweep and stacked back! No other styling necessary in my book! Beautiful wig, and beautiful on you! :) ~Mavis~

I bought Elisha last year after great success with Ignite. A lot of reviewers called it the handtied version of Ignite. Sadly, I didn't find it near as cute as Ignite. Its very round, and had a mushroom appearance in the back, which I needed to have cut to eliminate. I also find the cap to have a lot of extra room. I do love the color on you especially with your burgundy top and the black background. Very lovely.

The only thing I have put in one of my wigs is dry shampoo because the first wig I got was really shiny. I am afraid to put anything else in my wigs. It is so frustrating because I have watched so many videos on wigs and I hear contradicting info on what to use and what not yo use. Since all of my wigs are new right now and we are in isolation, I have time to decide what I will do. I have to tell you Jill, I have went crazy for wigs. I have bought 5 wigs since I have started watching your channel. I love everyone that you've shown. They all look so good on you. So natural. I tend to stick more close to my natural color but one of these days I will try the lighter colors.

I like the style, but not quite sold on lacefronts from JR because of the knots being so obvious. I like the lighter threads on Rachael Welch at the forehead. They look more natural on me

Love the style of her!! I have to give you credit...I’m very hesitant when it comes to putting styling products in my wigs. When you do it, your wig looks beautiful...when I use some of the products, my wig looks horrible 🙄🤦🏻♀️. You look beautiful...thank you for going into such depth about styling products 💞💐

Hi Jill. Love your channel. Do you know which brands, other than Ellen Wille, are low density? I have baby fine thin hair and have had that texture and density all my life. However, as a mature woman, it has become thinner and finer.

Another very pretty wig, love that bob, shorter at the back and being JR I already know his colors so that might be my fourth wig, that color is THE one for you...thanks and be well.

Would you say that the synthetic last longer than the heat defiant and aren't as notty and if so how long do you think that they actually last for if you wear them every other day??🤗🦋

I can tell you love styling them and you are so talented at it. I loathe trying to style a wig because I have zero talent in that area. I can cut a fairly decent fringe but other than that I’m at a loss.

I don’t mind the shine, all the decades I dyed my bio hair blond I used conditioner, leave in and product to give me shiny, sleek hair. It looked like healthy bio hair. That fibre coating makes the wig last longer. That looks like a great wig.

I really like this one, Jill. Looks like my hair before thinning . . . I only wear toppers so far, and they work well for me. I've tried on a few wigs at my local salon, but nothing has worked so far. I can't say I NEED a wig, but I often think there are days it'd be easier. I'm really considering a Tony Bratten because the cost is unbeatable and they are very cute. Which do you think looks most like this style?

I think this will be my next wig. Do you think it will be warmer than open wefting?
@JillLynnBeautyTherapy4 жыл бұрын
Allison Graham they can be. It really is hard to say for sure. If you are very thin (your actual hair)... it may not be. Some wefted caps can also be warm... but in general they tend to be cooler. I don’t think I helped you at all. Hahaha!

Does Elisha only come in hand tied & does it have metal stays in back at the neck ? My short Noriko doesn’t & now it goes straight out or flips like a ducks tail 🤪 Is there a trick? Thank you ♥️

How do you search for your wigs on Patti’s website. I find it hard to use her search option to find petite size, and hand tied is not an option listed on the left side filter choices.

Thank you for all of the great info you share on your channel. I have had a pretty bad experience with a heat friendly topper from Raquel Welch's line. I loved it at first but it looked nice for about 2 weeks. And I am pretty careful with my toppers. How much wear do you get out of yours? I would love to buy Elizabeth but I pretty hesitant

Really cute. 💁🏼♀️My go to wig is now JR Eve (finally gave up after several, that flop in my eye Ignite)...I’m thinking this could be a hand tied sister to Eve. 🤔

It’s beautiful...but I would be steaming that wig to push it off your face a wee bit....Steam really is your best friend and you don’t have to style them again until you wash ‘em! And you can use steam on both fibers....Will not ruin them at all. Would love to see you experiment with it...

san dy, just in case you don’t hear back from Jill for a while, I just thought I’d write too:) Patti (nor ANY wig company) has anything to do with the pictures on their websites. The companies who MAKE the wigs, i.e, Gabor, Rachel Welch, etc., have professional models and professional hairdressers who work for them style those wigs just like the company wants them. Also, almost 100% of the time, the wigs come flat in the box and they have what we call “box hair,” from laying in the boxes for a pretty long time. The cut is the same as the picture, but it’s up to us or our hairdressers to trim and style them for us. So trust me, Patty has absolutely nothing to do with any of that. Hope this helps:) Have a great day and stay safe!♥️

You are so cute and funny, Jill. Whenever you call a wig, "interesting" it usually means you don't like it. I don't think you like where the layers are hitting right at your eyes. It's very sophisticated and face-framing and I think it would be great for an office worker but maybe not an artist like you. Beautiful wig tho. .

I just wonder why do you wear wigs when you do have hair?
@JillLynnBeautyTherapy4 жыл бұрын
Hello there! You do not need to be bald to wear wigs. People wear them for many reasons...sometimes to just change things up without committing to a color or haircut! For me...I have VERY fine, thin hair that I was just over. So, have been wearing helper hair and love it! No bad hair days...and it' so fast and easy!
