No one laughed at "he's irresponsible" but that was the funniest part. It always reminded me of when Norton called Irene a "non-pluralizing murderer". They're making fun of her and saying she killed her boyfriend and he adds in the non-pluralizing part because she pronounced "those two women" as "those two woman".
