I think Eddie's biggest accomplishment was overcoming his addiction before he passed. I know there are a lot of side disputes that people would throw at this but he didn't die unemployed hooked on pain killers and alcohol. Many people were expecting that at one point.

this was pretty great. both guys acted the way they should, the stuff they said and did made sense. rey was the pure babyface and KO was the heel but was still himself. this is what many guys fail at after they turn heel. they turn into a completely different, more evil character. but he was the same KO he always was which makes his character more organic and therefore better than most on tv. his colleagues should take note.

I remember what led to Shawn and Razor’s ladder matches. Shawn was suspended for not defending his title for more than 30 days and was “stripped” of the title. Razor and Martel were the final two in a battle royal and then Razor defeated Martel a week later to win the Intercontinental Championship. Shawn comes back and still has his belt and claims he is the real Intercontinental Champion. I thought Shawn’s suspension was odd considering Hogan won the WWF Championship at WM9 and didn’t defend it until King of the Ring 3 months later. Why suspend Shawn but not Hogan? Did the 30 day rule not apply to the WWF Heavyweight Champion? it was 32 years ago at this pont so who knows.
