He is kidding right? Bad loans, fed driven economy, housing bubble, false job numbers, student debt, index bubble- is he blind or willfully ignorant? Wow

the man has to feed his family. Plus, he just wants President to win against China and propping up stocks will give the President some strength. He's not blind, he's not ignorant, he's got a mission and he is fighting a war

let's just hope the market holds up because at this point if it pops its...…. America has no option at this point. Market is the one last thing that's holding the government together. As for people..... the world is all in one global boat. Literally, let's just pray

There's SOME good data. But there's PLENTY of bad data (trade, gdp, retail, loan delinquencies..) that's willfully ignored. A lull in tariffs is good but the damage to American farmers is still present and REAL.

Well, if the builders are thinking as I am, mid 2020 may be the last opportunity to be a seller. So if you're a builder you better hurry up and be building now!

Uhhhhh... you don’t think people aren’t taking on too much debt? Look at student loans and 7 year car loans! Look at KZbinrs all becoming home flippers. Look at all the new construction that’s creating supply! I remember people saying exactly what you’re saying before cresting the top in 07

Philip Emanuele I just tried to make a similar point moments ago. I am surprised your comment is still allowed to be here. Jim and his banker friends love consumers to take on debt and for the retail investors to hold the bags. Jim and the banks are hoarding gold quietly while slipping out of equities. This market is a facade. Videos like this one of Jim will be the clown clips of tomorrow.

Student loans can't be abandoned like mortgages, 7 years is not long, ytbers flip cuz they are rich enough to, construction is low as well as supply (link to data if u still disagree). Idk what ur talking about

Yes banks tightened lending requirements. But housing became so expensive that a staggering number of people who are employed full-time are homeless. And now it's just going to get worse.

Can anyone spell "asset bubble" for me? Economic growth is nonexistant, trade is bottoming and debt is skyrocketing! Over leveraged is the new buzzword.

@@nicopono1 Exactly Nick. Among other things included in phase 1 of the China agreement, our President has included the sale of over 70,000 tons of pork which will be provided by American farmers. It is largely due to inferior food handling practices in China which has enabled a severe outbreak of swine flu. It's good to live in the US of A, and thanks for pointing that out!

oops there he goes again- being a positive minded optimist. If cramer keeps up this kind of positive upbeat delivery CNBC will have to let him go- apparently he's not doing what mainstream (lamestream) media in this country wants -spinning negativity and fake news. You never hear this kind of refreshing delivery in usa today or ny times. That's why they suck
