Two of my all-time favorite artists; I love this! This film is really good, and is still streaming on amazon prime. Thanks for sponsoring and posting this interview!

This film was great. At the theatre, me and the stranger next to me were dancing in our seats, laughing, and even shedding a tear or two.

I was at this event, seated in the very middle of the sold-out theater. I had to drive in from L.I. that day, a pain in the butt with parking and all that, but it was so worth it. I'm so glad I attended.

Many would consider that a lot of Iggy's life was a nightmare. I saw Iggy live with Bowie and he was a great entertainer. That can't be taken away.

The saddest part about watching this documentary is that none of this raw primal attitude has resonated with our culture since grunge about 30 years ago. So in 3 decades, no one is reacting to how shit and commercial the music industry has become?
@youjoker96474 жыл бұрын
There are it's just that now kids have been fed homogenised crap for so long and those who can disseminate anything decent, are not inclined as they're not going to make any money. The whole crap hip hop shite etc has killed off the whole culture of 'tribes'. When I was aged between 11-18 there was still a lot of sub cultures that young kids followed :Mods, Punks, Rockabilly, Goths (not the off the peg Emotypes), Skinheads & Soulboys /girls. That imo helps to drive and encourage new routes for music etc. Kids & their music today lacks visceral feelings I'm shocked at just how awful the shite kids are into now is. Hearing James Brown samples again and again is fucking boring

guys, give the interviewer a break. She's trying to keep herself together interviewing Iggy Pop and Jim Jarmusch, like that's not a challenge. The two stars are being more respectful than some of you guys
@j.d.o57092 жыл бұрын
She sounds so nervous, at one point early on in the video you see Iggy give her a nod and he keeps talking I think he did that to give her a break from asking questions and take a breather
