Cured clap didn't we? Penicillin? Am I nuts?
@craigrussell30623 жыл бұрын
Yeah, that’s the hole I saw immediately in Patrice’s argument. Antibiotics like penicillin absolutely do cure diseases like syphilis completely and totally. Also, without mentioning covid and opening that can of worms (pun intended), anti-parasitics like ivermectin are universally agreed to cure diseases like scabies and river blindness.

But to be honest, Patrice lost all credibility when he called malaria a “poison” instead of disease. Still, I love that big dead conspiracy-promoting bastard so much

some of the stuff he says that's not true is commentary on society and generalizations of diff ethnic groups... it's an enormous blind spot he has. Or a couple times I've noticed it's probably how he sees himself and other AA friends of his... he was always quick to be critical of other groups but never was anywhere close to accurate and critical of his own. And then when he would generalize what's a group thought or the purpose behind some of their behavior it was completely delusional. And it was nowhere close to reality. A lot of times literally the polar opposite was true of what he was saying

I love Patrice but he was kind of irritating here, completely unreasonable & interrupting the actual people who have those answers, so he could explain his opinion & cast doubt on their information, like his conspiracy theory hunches were more accurate.
@Spootnik2 жыл бұрын
Only idiots think Patrice was perfect and had the answers to everything. He was funny as hell and had some really interesting relationship ideas, but when it came to scientific things or conspiracy theories, he was an idiot. Non of us are perfect, and Patrice is still better than most of us, but we all had our weak points.
