Jim won because he got a better picture of the London eye, actually made a phone call in a phone box where as Joe basically skipped that task, they both only got a chime from big Ben and Jim couldn't help not doing a trick as good as Joe's because of the shoes he was wearing.

Big Ben's noise isn't actually a "gong", it is a bell so it chimes. If they had had to wait for an actual "gong" they would've been there forever.

JIM WON Joe and Jim both heard the chime! You can see this in the video because it shows big bens clock face! Joe failed to "make a phone call from a phone box" but Jim succeeded Both Jim and Joe did at least "a scateboard trick" Both got a picture From the bridge of the London eye. Joe: 2 of 4 points Jim: 3 of 4 points JIM IS THE WINNER!

I went to London in November and I went to see Big Ben, Trafalgar Square, Buckingham Palace for changing of the guards and got on the London Eye. Great experience!!!
