Kirkwood really is one of the all time greats. If the genre ever truly becomes mainstream he'll be in the hall of fame for sure.

Theodon King is my favorite out of all the songs here, it reminds me of times which were different, historically and spiritually (If you believe in Christianity like me) It reminds me of times when their was less sorrow and more hope than anything else.

It almost sounds like a different album after the remaster. I'm not sure if that's good or bad, but you guys definitely gave this album a new life

Anybody know if Mr.Kirkwood is still with us? His music certainly is. Thanks Jim! And Out of Season!

I heard he stopped making this stuff once he started being really Christian because it felt wrong for him to make more or something. IDK, it might be someone in the comments of one of the various albums yankin' my chain. @@OutOfSeason

Amazing label, amazing channel, thanks for this upload! I've been looking for the original of this these last few weeks, although I have to ask: what makes it different to the other version that is about 30 minutes longer? Keep doing what you're doing!

the other is a "Re-written version" from 2009. This is sourced directly from the 1991 cassette release.

anyone got info on what synths and gear were used on this record?

According to a recent interview with Bandcamp: "a Fostex M80 eight track recorder, a Roland D50 synth, an Akai S900 sampler, and a Steinberg sequencer".
