I got a bullseye rash on my right upper arm in the early 80’s, which was about 5 years before most Doctors had even heard about it. Many many symptoms followed by going to Doctors and natural medicine practitioners in the early 90’s when I knew something was wrong with me. And during that time my family was telling me I was lazy or faking it. My mom had me see her Doctor in 2005 who had his own private practice and he started testing me finding only I was very low on vitamin D. After many visits, in December 2012 he said Boyd I think you have Lyme,,, let’s start testing. I was positive after the blood culture test which was the 2nd test I had. I had a strong herxhiemer response in 2013 from antibiotics so I had to stop because I had no savings to pay bills with and I deliver pizza for a living. March 2015 I was getting more and more tired and Lyme demensia hit me. I started forgetting how to drive through town,, where major streets were and which burner on the stove I turned on. April 2015 my Doctor put me on Purepaleo Protein powder and my mind came back. I started on Metronidazole and Minocycline late April in a pulsing pattern and was on them until mid January 2016. February 2016 I felt like a new man. I was on nothing until the Lyme returned late May 2016 like I was hit by a dump truck. The Lyme attacked my nervous system and my ability to walk quickly deteriorated. Then my Doctor put me on a natural medicine antibiotic and I got better. I also take a high quality CBD ever day. My Doctor has me on and off natural medicine antibiotics. Careful with too much antibiotic as long term use of antibiotics eats away at the brain. This disease puts people through hell. I’m 52 now and I got it in my early teens and had it through the prime of my life. Go read about Plum Island Lyme disease and the real source of the disease. The people running Plum Island can go rot in hell.

Crazy KUUP, you are SO RIGHT ON. Jim isn't and hopefully won't get as bad as some of us . This disease is HORRIFIC . It is the most deabilitating out of ALL chronic diseases including MS . This is because Chronic Lyme Disease affects the heart , mobility and the brain unlike all other chronic diseases and that is just a sad fact
