@4:30 I totally agree. It really showed who they depended on as an attraction when they left. However, so much a wrestler can do…look how many people where sizzled down in the past 5 years? Wardlow, Starks, almost MJF, Darby, FTR, Miro…it goes on

I have felt since the beginning this is an on purpose tactic by Tony Kahn. Don't forget one of the largest Britt Baker. She could have been the star of the company and AEW kept her heel. The point is so no one gets over bigger than the company.

5:14 with all respect to JR, creative plays a huge part in getting talent over. It’s the build and story that make people invested in the show. AEW is lacking in that right now and that’s why talent isn’t getting over.

It’s funny because in dumbass Vince Russo’s book, he had the audacity to say that Jim Ross was not a great nor even mediocre head of talent relations, LMFAO! This guy signed so much major league, main event, talent, that it’s not even remotely comparative, that anyone else in his role signed more future Hall of Famer/current Hall of Famers lol! In fact, to show you how attentive to detail Jim Ross was during the attitude era, even had his wife Jan wax looking out for potential future superstars of tomorrow. Because it was Jan Ross that was one of the very first people in Wwe tightened hours, that discovered me, And introduced me to Jim Ross a month later, who then introduced me to Vince McMahon, who then introduced me to Tom Pritchard, who then introduced me to the MTV/WWF tough enough series to send an audition tape in. Jim Ross, was one of the very first if not the very first, Recruiter of division one stud NCAA athletes way before there was a performance center. Way before there was NIL.

I agree with JR regarding talent getting hot. Toni Storm's done it with the Timeless gimmick. Swerve's doing great so far. But there's still a lot of people on the roster who just wrestle well. And it's that portion that needs to find something else to pop the audience.

Giving AEW a solid B is only because he collects a paycheck from them. Tony himself drags the grade down quite a bit, he's such an embarrassment on social media and on TV. I'd give them a C+ at the very most. They still just put on random matches with no story, airing the CM Punk footage was a big mistake, and they have referenced or taken shots at WWE since the beginning, another mistake.

Creative need to fire this up and use its talent better, honestly but haters are working hard to make aew irrelevant and even tony has brought its value down,by focusing too much into wwe and instead of aews build..thats what i believe will get aew back up,not till then..come on creative🥂😎

He looks awful. His eyes go through others. No focus. He’s on auto pilot. I love JR. But JR, like most, need to ask themself, if they are still alive, why did you put an experimental jab in you and have been ill from day one off of that shit! Early Conrad and JR pods I found very annoying and frustrating when JR was very vocal with masks and jabs. He’s been a healthy man until then. Since then he’s suffered. The jab has destroyed him like most others. It’s not rocket science to see.
