You dont need to the stripper deck is a normal deck no one will ever be able to tell its a gimmicked or marked deck at all the stripper deck is slightly shorter on one end of card but impos3 to notice

the pen trick is easy, at 10:54, he put the pen beneath the card and detach the tip of the pen. and when he put the put upwards, we can't see the tip of the pen cause it is block by the hand.
