@ Gopro was already mounted to the gunwhales of the canoe. He didn’t set anything up in advance but ya he said might aswell get a better shot and adjusted it.

Love the compilation videos. I've watched all the different series and love to re-watch the movie versions. My favorite is all the funny highlights. You getting stuck in the mud classic. I also love seeing all the different people you bring along for the ride. Thank you, Jim, again for bringing us along. 🫶from Oregon

You’re very welcome! Ya, it’s nice to get back to some of these things and just focus on all the best parts to make a longer story with so many trips. I’m glad you like it and ya, that mud! Crazy

Really grrreat video Jim, back country is always hard work but so so worth it! So good to see really good fish in great condition (even Steelhead). For us ol' timers where age and health prevents such adventures, it's so good to see your videos which brings back wonderful memories. Thank you and God bless you and your family.

Jim - it’s your sense of humour. Lots of guys and girls have good channels but none of them are as entertaining or give me a chuckle the way that you do. From the singing to the wisecracks - u mix it up nicely with some real skills and expertise. And … ur a great Dad😊 Blessings my friend 🙏

NWT, awesome area if you can handle the mosquitoes. Love the beauty of all of Canada. If winters ever get too cold or long and you want to do a remote adventure with similar challenges and great fishing, head to the Amazon of South America. Very beautiful, great fishing and wildlife. Similar in that artificial noise is nonexistent. I think you will like it.

I have actually been to the amazing rainforest many years ago and went pretty deep in on a guided eco tour that I got a good deal on through a friends collage professor who ran these trips at the time. Amazing experience but it was on that trip that I realized it was self guided adventure travel I wanted to really get into

@@JimBairdAdventurer You know it was good by the length of time it takes to adjust when you get home. I admire what you do, and your videos make you feel like you are there. Thank you.

The editing on your. Nipissing trip in this video was better than the original. I feel like you told the story of the trip really well and the extra footage of the secret spot was appreciated. Also has me trying to narrow down where you might have been! I’m heading in this spring to do that trip. I wanted to go when I first watched the Nipissing video pre-covid. Had the trip planned and then the world shut down. Hopefully this time we can make it happen!

You will probably know while you’re passing through but the big one could be in another spot next time for all you know. I just wish we had more time out there.
