I'd be honored if some Bruce Hornsby fans would take a listen to my acoustic piano & vocal performances of AGAINST ALL ODDS by Phil Collins and WALKING IN MEMPHIS by Marc Cohn on my YT channel in tribute to a couple of great piano pop standards from the 80s/90s. Live acoustic with no autotune or digital editing. Thanks and wishing everyone the best in the '020s.

I remember this song when I was 22yrs now I'm 56 when I and my brothers we use to enjoy this kind of music at home. They are all gone now 5 if them and my mother. May their souls rest in peace. I will forever miss them. The good memories they left me with are always making me smile and create good memories for my kids to cherish when I'm no more.

There is something about the great keyboarders - Hornsby, Jackson Browne, Benmont Tench of the Heartbreakers -- that slays me. There's a brilliant cover of Mystic Eyes when Tom Petty, hors de soi-meme in hasty French turned to Tench in a dreamstate and said play the music, play the music, and he did.

@@stephenlivesey4188 He didn't want to be a popstar... didn't want to play the fame game... stubbornly insisting on being a musical virtuoso, on creativity & originality...I think he's brilliant & could listen all day long but lots didn't/don't like his refusal to regurgitate the same material, to perform a song the same way twice.

The End of the Innocence" is the lead single and title track from Don Henley's third solo studio album of the same name, released in 1989. Henley co-wrote and co-produced the song with Bruce Hornsby, who also performed piano; both artists perform the song live in their respective concerts..end of story...

Words cannot express how much this mans music fills me with joy and emotion. In my opinion and whilst I love Elton and Billy of those alive today he is respectfully the best constantly changing and evolving. From the first time I saw him in London Hammersmith Oden 1988 given a ticket by a friend. The last with the noisemakers in my new home Charlotte NC 2018 Thanks for the music great man from a guy who’d never heard of you until one night in 1988 that became a life long admirer of your exceptional talent.
