So many people fail with what this Podcast is about I think is that they sit down and meditate and visualize it’s going to happen overnight. So they think it’s Mumbo Jumbo. They don’t really it’s going to take time for everything to happen.

Agreed. This takes time to work. It can happen pretty quickly... or you can see the beginning of things starting to shift pretty quickly. But you have to stick to it. Just like exercise, diet or anything else.

What would you say is the bridge that you used to feel comfortable in the group that had higher vibration people? If the bar example holds- how do you go into the higher class bar and get accepted?

You have to "feel" what that would feel like first. Visualize it as if it were real now. Or as if it already happened.

I think Jack would tell you that the more you do it, the faster things happen. If you do it 2x/day, you'll see results faster than if you do it 2x/week.
