It looks like the great Swedish guitarist Tommy Denander. He idolized Steve Lukather of Toto and his style is very close to Luke's. Tommy has written more than 200 songs and his CD releases with Swedish studio musicians, with the occasional invites to Toto members, are magical, especially those with Jeff Porcaro. Check out the CD "Radioactive - Ceremony of Innocence". The song "Miracle" has Jeff doing his normal magic.
