❤️‍🔥Jimin started composing the song, as well as starting to write the lyrics during the pandemic, when he was going through all these difficult emotions, thoughts & feelings. But by the time he actually started working on writing the lyrics, it was all the more hard because he at this point was over those feelings of despair, as well as full of excitement, since he was working hands on creating all the songs on his FACE album, producing his album along with Pdogg & two other producers. There is an actual documentary about the making of the album called Jimin’s FACE album production diary, that you can purchase & watch only on weverse, along with other lives connected to the documentary. There are a few that Bangtantv posted as well as weverse site on YT. I’ll find the post where he talks about each songs that he wrote, composed & produced. It was one of the posted vids leading up to the actual documentary.

He said it’s how he felt during the pandemic. Hopefully he truly is getting past these feelings and doing better. It’s good he was able to let it out through his music. You should never assume someone is okay just because they put on a happy face. Unfortunately, most people who feel this way pretend they don’t because of the stigma of mental health issues or just not wanting to worry the people around them. I think one of the best examples is Robin Williams.
