Yep. Jimin often plays down his athleticism. He not only has multiple blackbelts but he played sports in school. One of his classmates at the Arts HS in Busan mentioned that since it was an arts HS that not a lot of students were into sports but he and Jimin were. He even won a martial arts scholarship to travel and learn different techniques.

Jimin is very athletic but in Run BTS their show he just goofs around and has fun. But like in In the Soop etc when they play football and he passes the ball you can see how good his aim is even from far same when there is Bangtan Bombs with him shooting basketball just passing time before talk shows etc he doesn't miss. But when they play for fun in Run BTS etc he starts just goof and have fun. Same with how strong he is, often he goofs and plays it as if he isn't that strong but then you see him do things sit legs crossed on the floor and all of the sudden easily climb up to the ceiling using only his arms still in the sitting position or picking up other members etc. He has amazing balance too just look up Mama 2016 Jimin dancing, spinning, jumping etc all while blindfolded, he is great on skates both roller-skates and on ice and he can easily spin a lot without losing his balance. He not only goofs and don't show his abilities but he also talks himself down and talks everyone around him up so he is not one to show off his abilities. However, there are compilation videos on his strength, atlethesism and flexibility etc that you can check out if you want to. He runs, works out a lot, trained in multiple martial arts since he was little, played football in school, danced since middle school and is a fast runner and can jump really high. ´+ he was class president for many ears in school and had very good grades especially in maths etc etc. He just don't talk about it and neither does Army or the other members. He is mostly mentioned as cute, sexy, his stage presence, his dancing and unique voice and the rest takes some time for people just getting into BTS to find out.

I am JK. 😂 I think Jimin is actually very athletic but he isn't super competitive against the members most of the time. He is mostly about having fun and making memories. He is also the most flexible.

I truly hope someone suggested you watch about Jimin's athleticism. Jimin deliberately makes fun of himself during the run episodes. He has a great sense of when he needs to relax his members/ hosts/ staff or other idols whether it's by being silly, flirting, aegyo, etc! His personality is something I aim to mix with my own. Don't sleep on Jimin athleticism. He had a black belt in Taekwondo, knows geomdo or/ kumdo (which ever phrase you want to use). He's also studied Hapkido. Yoongi asked Jimin to show him some sword moves for his vide Deachwita, but Jimin schedule didn't allow him to have time to do it. So our sassy baby can be deadly not only with his killer looks.

Jimin is extremely athletic. he is one of the most athletic members in BTS. he is professionally trained in modern dance which requires a lot of flexibility and acrobatic skills and he is also trained in hiphop dancing. he is also trained in serval marital arts and has a huge core strength. there's a video about Jimin's athleticism, you should check it out if you are interested.
