Jimin and J-Hope are the main dancers, but they dance differently. Jimin has a modern dance background, as well as some hip-hop. J-Hope came from a hip-hop Street dancer background. They are both great dancers. The others are good dancers as well, as you will see once you get into the group performances. Nothing about BTS is cookie-cutter. They sing and dance all different genres. All of the members have their own solo careers, as well as their career as BTS. Although many have a “bias” within the group, we never compare them against each other. Individually, they are very talented! As a group there is none like them. Because they debuted in 2013, you have many many years worth of content to keep you busy. We know you are going to enjoy your delve into BTS!! 💜

Jimin trained as a dancer in childhood/youth before entering BTS as a teenager. His solo songs are all good but different than this. He has a live clip of this song with no vocal effects on the Jimmy Fallon show, filmed before he entered the South Korean army. I think it's amusing that he and Jungkook both made a romantic song (Jungkook's Seven) in an apocalyptic setting that they ignore.

I think the autotune was fine, but Jimin is famous for his real voice, his falsetto, one of the best singers around. I suggest you learn more about BTS, individual members and as a group. It will give you more confidence to react to the music. Learn from your followers. Jimin -- there is no genre that he can't do and he's done them all. He is so artistically diverse. Try watching one of the youtube documentaries that will give you some important broader understanding of everyone in BTS. Their history of how they struggled to climb up the musical has defended, molded and created who they are.
