I was so looking forward to your reaction to this and you did not disappoint. Your face at the beginning was the same as mine and your eyes were absolutely sparkling. I immediately thought of MJ too - it’s in the stop and holds, the tension and release, and his gorgeous dance lines. Not a copy but definitely the style. Yes, there was some stylistic autotune that really worked for me. His album is super short, but has some really good music. He pretaped a performance for Jimmy Fallon airing tomorrow night. Oh! ETA - that fit. Good lord. No one has the right to look THAT good in loose jeans, a Henley, and a leather jacket. It’s so perfect for this and on him. And RM’s album is just wow. Alternative and brilliant. Even if I didn’t like it (I do), I’d respect the hell out of it. Good to see you as always!

That’s his normal singing voice the high tone but he sometimes uses a deeper tone. He uses minimal autotune except occasionally it’s used in an artistic way 💜

Closer is another song on his album that has already been released months back . . . Also, "Slow Dance" on that one sign is another song on the album . . .One of my other faves (next to this one and Closer and SGMB) . . .My son's very first song he loved was "Don't Go Chasing Waterfalls" by TLC I think ya? . . . He was using Autotune, but not always, you're right. They might be other tracks coming out that are fully acoustic I heard . . . There's also mini releases already of him singing in the practice room with just a guitar and in the recording studio, totally raw . . .He said in the talk with RM that he totally had to re-learn how to sing! (His vocal coach has been telling him that he can't keep singing the way he has, it will hurt him), so he took it to heart and relearned how to sing from the ground up he said! . . .

Hey girl....👋👋👋so glad to see you 😂 Hope your doing much better and not hurting now!!! Yes, you got it right!! On a video with RM, Jimin talked about he went back and was taking lessons for his voice...... he said he wasn't satisfied with his range and he wanted to do something different!! He does sound different, even better than before to me!! He wrote most of this album, he said he had in mind what all he wanted to do, and the fact that he did all this while putting out his album Face is mind blowing to me 😮 He made so many things for us ARMY'S so we wouldn't be sad nor forget him while he was doing his duty in the military. All the guys did so much!!! Oh...and if you don't know...he and Jungkook did a documentary/ vlog of them traveling around to a few different places just having fun and visiting that is going to be on Disney + , they are such hard working young men!! All in the name of keeping Army happy and knowing that they think of us all the time 😊 ❤❤❤ Thank you for reacting to his new song, you need to give the album a listen, it's really good!! It does have autotune but it was on off. Mostly just the part when he started dancing in the beginning. Jimin does have a highest range. They showed the clip of him singing live where you can hear his beautiful high tone. He sounds heavenly.

Jimin wrote and produced the album he is the biggest in kpop. Jimin learned various types of dance hiphop, popping, contemporary dance, ballet , etc and he was the top dancer. J-Hope is the MAIN - he was contracted *partly* because he was the BEST dancer. At that point, he had SEVEN years of "practice" as a PROFESSIONAL dancer, and won many competitions. According to BigHit AND the other members, that is J-Hope's role. Jimin is the LEAD - he is considered the "2nd best" dancer. He loved dance, participated in SEVERAL different types of dance, but it was "only" for an arts high school - NEVER as a professional in any of the genres of dance he practiced.
