BLAZING FAST!!! Otis Elevonic 401 Traction Elevators at 900 Main/BOAP Garage in Downtown Dallas, TX.

Video Recorded on January 2, 2024: Oh my heaven of joy, these elevators are like a BLASTING rocket!!!!! :D Look how incredibly FAST they travel. These are one of the most fastest elevators I have ever filmed in Downtown Dallas, especially for only 15 floors (though the office towers are even faster). If you don't know, BOAP stands for Banks Of America Plaza which is right across from here. No, I did not even think about filming inside Bank Of America as those elevators are modded now and I also don't want to risk having security to be involved. I'm surprised that these are still original after all this long. And what's even better is that they unlocked the upper floors as well since I last filmed these elevators. Installed in 1985.

You should see if 14 is unlocked because the button looks like it’s never used. (Most of the other buttons are like brown but 14 is white.)

The Bank of America Plaza elevators are double decker and I think the only double decker in Dallas, TX. They are quite easy to ride, just walk in and go to them. I went to floor 69 and 70 and 70 was under renovations when I went. They are also modernized unfortunately.

Yes, I’m pretty well aware that the elevators inside Bank Of America are all double-decker cabs, but I’m still probably not going to film them anyways as I clearly stated in the description.

@@JimLiElevators Makes sense. If you haven't already, you could check out Thanksgiving Tower (now Santander Tower). They have destination dispatch and used to be otis lexan. I have actually never ridden the elevators in your video and would need to check them out next time I go back to Dallas as those are definitely rockets.

I’m fully well aware of all the Downtown Dallas office tower as I’ve been on KZbin for almost close to 18 years now. Same answer from my previous response, still a capital no. Besides, I don’t really film that many modernized elevators because they’re nothing to realistically exciting anymore compared to the old, and it’s a waste of time for me as well.

Well that’s because those chimes just sound unique to me, and plus, I don’t get to hear them all every day. Especially on Elevonic 401 systems.
