Oh believe me when I say This is incredible! Wow. Left overs were also incredible. I took puff pastry, placed the potatoes on the bottom, shredded and layered chicken on top of said potatoes and layered with additional cheese, flipped top over and pressed and sealed the edges. Cooled for 15 minutes in refrigerator and then brushed an egg wash over top. Sprinkles with salt and a little more cheese, baked at 425 for 30 minutes and wow.
