Martin Smith has always been an outcast, typically bullied by Chris Trevor and his friends, Hanford and Peter. However, one fateful day, golden boy Alex Henderson defends Martin from the bullies. Martin could hardly believe it, seeing as Alex has been his crush for the longest time. Alex goes out of his way to defend Martin which confused the latter. It turns out that Alex and Martin’s connection would be short-lived as when Martin finally invites Alex to a date, Alex ends up being spotted with the enemy, Chris. Martin witnessed a heartbreaking scene as Alex and Chris made out. To make matters worse, Alex started humiliating Martin in front of his new friends which broke the latter’s heart. The bullying persisted and Chris, fuelled by his new friendship with Alex, gained even more audacity. Chris attempts to turn in Martin’s writing as his own, essentially plagiarizing it, but Alex stopped it and exposed him to the whole student body. Finally, it was revealed that Alex only got together with Chris to know his secrets and expose him once and for all. Alex was successful in exposing Chris, but the latter had more tricks up his sleeves such as spreading rumors and private pictures of Alex and Martin. Finally, in a last-ditch attempt to ruin the relationship between Martin and Alex, Chris tries to get them into an accident, but to no avail. Instead, Chris was the one who got into an accident and was subsequently jailed.
