But beyond that, the people, the experiences, the culture is just amazing. We're making it a point to visit at least once a year and I'm so glad I'll be there soon. Viva Puerto Rico!

The road?- Ooof Ugh, it was hell the first week after the hurricane. Absolute hellish. Trees everyone, wires everywere, it was just... bad... When I got out of the house after the hurricane finally set away, my heart was just, broken. Everything I knew was just, gone, all of my childhood was blown away and destroyed, small candy stores, park, gardens.... just gone. But, it's getting better, even if it's been a while now, you can't really forget that... Your body moving to the wind, the objects around you moving, the doors being hard to shut since the wind is applying force... it's scary. But it's much better, 'least I have power now.

Jose Andres is the guy who backed out of a deal to open a restaurant in Trump's Washington DC hotel after he saw how Puerto rico was treated after Hurricane Maria.
