I do really like jimmy but I can see how his personality could grate on someone. Working hard like he does is really amazing but constantly reminding people how hard he works in comparison to them would be annoying after awhile, especially if it’s meant to put down and not offer help. It’s like that guy you’re friends with who works out 24/7 but when you ask to go with him or her they say they prefer going alone, it’s like okay well don’t talk about it constantly if you don’t wanna offer to get me into that mindset

I don't want to say butler is as good as kobe, but I feel like it's that same idea that a hardworking guy who expects a certain amount from his teammates so his frustrations about them(KAT and Andrew Wiggins underperforming) come off the wrong way, especially in such a players being friendly era.

Whenever we have new team members, the team goes through stages of team development so that trust develops. When there’s trust, even if you yell at your team mate or give them feedback, you won’t take offense. That is what JB was saying about “I know where your heart is”. Ask Brett Brown to facilitate team building exercises and PROCESS each task, not just DO the tasks. I have done this many times in companies and have seen teams transform into high-performing teams.
