Li Ning shoes are amazingly comfortable. I hope that can set up shop here in the states soon!. Thanks for the vid.

I'm 23 playing high level basketball, have tried hundreds of hoop shoes. JB1 was in my top 3 all time. Also was my first Li-ning shoe, I loved the Boom drop-in, traction was insane and fit my foot perfectly. (Pushed me to buy the sonic 11 v2, again a top tier shoe) I was a little disheartened when I saw they removed the drop in, but boom is still probably my favourite set up, and I know Li-ning rarely miss with traction. Keen to give these a try, hopefully some more colours become available for Australian consumers 🔥

Tbh! I've spent more $$ on my Li-Ning brands vs Nike. I wear my Nikes for pre/post game wear and my Li-Ning performance is never underwhelming. Now! I just recently jumped on the Kobe train and got a pair of Kobe V PJ Tucker PE and VI Rev Grinch! The comfort and performance for these pair vs others is/was well worth the $$$.

The shoes looks dope. I like them…glad to hear the traction works because I was intrigued and confused when you showed it. I laughed so hard when you said that a care bear got merc’ed! 🤣 As for Avatar….i enjoyed the show overall. It definitely has a lot of things to tweak and adjustments to make, and I thought the over consolidation of stories to fit 8 episodes was too rushed, which ironically didn’t give Aang time for character development and growth. I feel they should add 2 more episodes to make 10…so there’s a bit more room to breathe. Zuko on the other hand….had all the character development! You’re not alone, hands down episode 6 was the best out of all of them. It was just written better. I loved the way the Kyoshi warriors looked….and dude playing Zuko really did a good job! What really stood out for me was how they handled Iroh and his son’s funeral…and having the instrumental of the song play in the background. It was just beautifully done. There was no way they could’ve recreated that specific scene and conveyed that same level of emotion that the original had. I just finished Avatar and now I’m on Korea again…..I go the full stretch because I love seeing the evolution of the world, environment and people. Plus I still notice things that i missed prior…like the evolution of colloquialism being used in that world….like FLAMEO evolving into everyday use in language, where it was Aang who technically introduced it initially.

I don't understand why they omitted padding on the tongue for the 2s. The JB1 has targeted pads and they do a great job of alleviating lace pressure, and when I saw the 2s the tongue was my biggest concern. 😕
@yhyang83886 ай бұрын
I just bought a pair of leather version of JB2. 1. Traction is great, it’s called GCU out sole, but only in the front, the back part still normal rubber. 2. The carbon plate is in the middle of the boom, like the sandwich, feel good though, but nothing that special. 3. The shoe tongue is way too thin, I fell same thing the lace not that comfortable. Leather+ carbon plate it remind 2000’s Nike and adidas.

Hi Chris just a heads up, JB2 retails for 1299 RMB ($180) and most of the colorways can be found around $135 on Taobao; even with proxy + shipping it shouldn't cost as near as the horrendous $289 price tag from their official US store. 😂

@@JohnWhitman-cb3jf You need to find a proxy shipping service/agent (I'm not naming them here, but its pretty easy to find). You buy the shoes and ship them to their warehouse and they will take pictures and verify the order, then you can select and pay for intl shipping from China to your country.

I'm going to wait til those shoes drop in price. I'm very curious after seeing many reviews on the JB. I heard Li-Ning has added some stuff to the rubber for it to stick and has amazing traction indoor and out. No I have not seen Last Airbender on Netflix. I forgot about it but am no curious because of this video. I'm go binge it right now. We might have to have a seperate channel discussion for Airbender.
@dstroud07 ай бұрын
Li ning needs to have stuff set up for specifically for us buyers. Would open up their market so much more. Don’t want to order on a random website and pay 300 dollars plus 50 to ship overseas. And make it more accommodating for people with bigger feet. A lot of their shoes stop at a size 12 and I’m a 13. The 2 pairs on li nings I’ve had are amazing. I need more for regular retail price not 500

It seems some of Li-Ning's rubber it's like that. I got the budget-friendly Sonic VII a few years ago, the rubber was extra tacky and sounded just like that right out the box, but was a dust magnet. Still managed to have great traction outdoors and stopped sounded like that after wear.
