In my view, I have Jimmy right after D Wade in terms of all time Heat players. Shaq didn't win anything for the Heat - lets not forget how Wade carried that. Lebron was the best player at the time, but he was always one foot in, one foot out. Jimmy carried a very mediocre roster to 2 Finals, could have been 3 if not for that missed shot in Boston. He saved this franchise from mediocrity and irrelevance.

I agree both sides at fault however have no faith in reporting from media. It seems media afraid to piss off Riley or heat. You get no pass when saying Heat tolerated things from Jimmy that no one else got away with. So to me where has the objective reporting been? Jimmy is no prince but I have more respect for him because he had to fight to become a hooper. Riley needs to go too…..it’s a different breed of player today……don’t think Shaquille, LeBron or Wade walked for no reason.

It’s simple. Miami gave Jimmy the opportunity to show that he could be trusted with an extension by showing up to work. The extension didn’t have to come asap. I think it definitely WAS coming. But Jimmy got too antsy and he started acting out about it. Pocket watching other players which is always a no no. Heat didn’t do anything wrong by trying to make things work. They DIDNT want to trade him. It’s so obviously simple that Jimmy just made a fuss and was still upset at Pat for telling him to shut his mouth. Which was rude. If anything I blame Pat for not having enough couth to verbalize his displeasure with Jimmy chirping but that should’ve been done behind closed doors and not publicly. Jimmy festered on that all year and this is the end result. I’m not happy anymore the money isn’t coming trade me. The antics with the hair and throwing rocks then hiding his hands is not becoming of a man either. The Heat drew the line even after defending him from the rumors HE created. Thats the reality of the situation. Hope Miami can find a decent trade. But this is def on Jimmy. Grow up guy this is an elite organization and sport.
