It's important to realize words matter when you are talking about yourself don't say I hate myself don't say I'm annoying I'm ugly and stupid even if you think it's true don't ever say it or think about it if you start to refuse to do the opposite say I am smart I have worth. Make a point to talk positive about yourself think about the good things about yourself never the bad if you focus on only the bad your life will always be miserable if you notice the most productive people are people that are usually egotistical or not you don't have to be that if you don't want to be but at least only talk positive about yourself and only focus on the good at least until you get out of your funk. A lot of people don't realize that we create our own existence to some degree which means if you're only focusing on negative you will attract negative. For example if you listen two very sad music you will feel sad if you listen to gangster rap you will want to punch someone aside the head I know I do LOL but if you make a point to just listen to positive uplifting music listen to people that are speakers like Jordan Peterson and others that only want the best for you don't get caught up in negativity don't hang around people that drain your positivity don't hang around people that make fun of you whenever you be yourself or do something positive for yourself
