Childfree is a word too you know. As a person who want kids , I'd agree. BUT, I also recognize that : 1. Having kids is a selfish motive: it benefits us above all and not humanity overall (unless these babies grow up to help the rest of the world and get us out of the crorruption and dictatorship mess) 2. Not all people want kids and not all people can have kids. Be humble. Do not take your 'blessings' for granted and shove it down the throat of other people. 3. Also , people (humanitarians) who are working hard to protect people like you and your kids are anytime living more purposeful life than people who live for themselves. Having kids does not mean much unless they are becoming humanitarians and saving hundreds of people regularly.

Jimmy, thank you for saying that teachers deserve BILLIONS. That’s the nicest thing anyone has ever said about us and our chosen profession. We teachers all text each other to share your kind and most astute comment. We are rarely truly appreciated for anything other than free babysitting. Sadly, as teachers, we don’t make anything even close to what babysitters make per hour per child. Children are our most precious commodity; they are our future. We protect children with our lives. Teachers love kids!!!! We don’t do it for the money, quite obviously. We do it because of the joy it gives us to see them learn, laugh, and grow. Teaching isn’t for sissies. It takes nerves of steal and the ability to tune out most stuff. If kids are giggling, happy, safe, and learning, then we’ve had an awesome day. I’ll say it again-WE LOVE KIDS!!!❤️📚🍎✏️❤️ We love you, too, Jimmy, for your kind words and the joy your family has given us with your Home Edition. Lots of love and hugs to you guys!!!! ❤️

You may never know how you influence a child. I can still remember the names of elementary and high school teachers and though I don't remember every thing they taught me, I remember how they treated me and other children. Thank you and all teachers for what you do.
@pamelacass96424 жыл бұрын
Unfortunately I remember the 12th grade teacher who told me how stupid my presentation was until another student using the same material explained it differently. The teacher never did apologize, but he tried to bring me into class discussions nore often. However, I refused to participate, and even though i got an A, i still figured why did I even try? Was every teacher like this one? No. But from then on, through college and grad school, i resolved never to volunteer an answer, but i would answer a question correctly if asked. Always wondered what it would be like to be a trained teacher; always wondered what kind of training that long-ago teacher received.
@christinesmith75054 жыл бұрын
Pamela Cass I’m sorry you experienced a bad situation that day. We all have bad days, even that teacher. I choose to remember the good times and happy moments in life. I see some of my old students from time to time. One is a radiologist who was doing an X-ray of my broken arm. She was embarrassed to remind me of something ornery she did in class, of which I had no memory. I only remember her sweet smiling face and her laughter. Because all of us make mistakes and fall short at times, it’s best to let that stuff go and remember the good in each other and the best of times, whether in or out of school.
